An overhead conveyor is automatically self-leveling thanks to gravity, but a
standard inverse floor-mounted system does not automatically have the same benefit.

That’s why we built our Inverted Power & Free Leveling Carrier, which allows the part being
conveyed to remain level while traveling through elevation changes. What this means for the
end user is that you can have closer centers with a level part, meaning there can be more
parts on the line or, they can be placed closer together.

A Leveling Carrier increases line density, and allows you greater flexibility in system design. For
instance, with this improved workflow, now you can take advantage of more vertical space of a
factory, increase factory volume, or facilitate many more configurations and benefits.
